The 58th edition of Salone del Mobile in Milan received 386.236 visitors coming from 181 different countries from the 9th to the 14th of April.
The way in which the interior space is thought about and organized is in constant evolution. That also goes for the way in which it is narrated. For this reason, we changed our location this year. We moved to Hall 22, along with an exclusive selection of brands in S. Project. A new space in Salone del Mobile with a view to delivering a 360-degree overview of interior architecture.
The Expormim stand, designed by Isern Serra and Sylvain Carlet, was projected as a space with big white pillars and textures clearly alluding to the Mediterranean architecture. Inside, a luminous and fresh patio filled with lush vegetation was conceived as an oasis of calm in the fair showing Expormim’s proposal of contemporary house.
The abovementioned space worked as the setting to present the new outdoor collection Liz, designed by Ludovica + Roberto Palomba, a collection consisting of generous sofas with big cushions and haute couture details. Also presented was the new light and comfortable Twins daybed, designed by MUT Design, and the new and versatile Atrivm table designed by Manel Molina and conceived as the meeting place around which life unfolds.
The interior of the house was divided into 3 big spaces. The cafeteria space, intimate and calm, consisting of Bistro tables and Fontal, Frames and Gata chairs. The workspace, consisting of designs by Mario Ruiz entirely: Huma chairs, Kotai table and Team shelves, and the new and comfortable Frames low armchairs by Jaime Hayon were presented in the living room.
We truly thank our team for their dedication and all the visitors for coming to see us during Salone del Mobile 2019.
