When you are invited to an elegant party, you wear your finest outfit and try to look your best. That is what we intended with the stand and the novelties that we present at the 60th edition of Salone del Mobile in Milan 2022.
Once again, we entrusted our stand to interior designer Sylvain Carlet. And once again, it evokes all the flavour of traditional Mediterranean houses with the patio as its indispensable structural element bringing light and air into the space. Vegetation here and there will help punctuate the architectural language. However, this year there is a twist to it.
Stands are ephemeral; they are used for a few days and that’s it. We are aware of the amount of waste coming from any kind of modern construction. That’s why we decided to build our stand with recycled and reusable materials, such as terracotta floor tiles and eco-friendly fibreboards free of toxic additives provided by innovative Catalan company Honext®. Because our commitment to sustainability and circular economy goes beyond our production process to reach every aspect of our company’s performance.
Together with Talo and Obi, two of the most exciting novelties that we introduced this season, devised by Altherr Désile Park and Ludovica+Roberto Palomba respectivily, we also exhibited the new versions of collections such as Petale by MUT Design, Lapala by Lievore Altherr Molina, Cask by Norm Architects or Blum by Manel Molina.
